New SpottingLog help centre and reports launched

We have just launched some great new features to your SpottingLog profile that we have been working on recently, these features are part of our massive development plan for the coming months to further enhance and expand the software application for our subscribers.

Reports

All of the previous reports on airlines, aircraft types and airports have been moved into a new Reports section. As well as this new reports are now available which include a Duplicate Sightings report; this allows you to see which aircraft registrations you have logged twice by mistake on any of your spotting trips. If no duplicates are found there is nothing more to do.

Another great report which will be really useful is an All Sightings report, this report gives you the opportunity to view and download a complete list of all the unique registrations that you have logged in SpottingLog, this can then be saved as a PDF or printed on a printer to keep a hard copy offline if you prefer.

Help Centre

Our previous FAQs page has been replaced with an improved help centre that provides access to an expanded set of frequently asked questions, a new request a feature page with tracking, a new request support page if you are having any problems or questions and an update log to keep track of updates as and when we launch them.

We are working on some “How to Videos” which will also be placed into the help centre once they are complete.

Thanks for your patience whilst we work through our long list of updates and get them completed and launched over the coming weeks and months.
