Over the past three years, rising global economic costs have impacted our operational overheads. Our core mission, however, remains to avoid a general price increase for our valued members and ensure the continued growth, stability, and reliability of the SpottingLog platform.
To achieve this, we’ve made a strategic decision to streamline our subscription model.
Key Updates to Subscription Options
These changes are designed to support our long-term community members and ensure a stable foundation for future innovation. The new structure will take effect starting the week commencing the 17th of November.
- Discontinuing Short-Term Options: We are removing the 1-month and 3-month subscription options. These options are used by less than 10% of our subscribers and do not provide the stable support required for long-term platform development.
- Stable Pricing for Long-Term Plans: We are pleased to confirm that the pricing for our 6-month and 12-month subscription options will remain unchanged for the time being. This is our commitment to maintaining excellent value for our most dedicated users.
- Consistent Value for All: To maintain stable pricing, we will be discontinuing all seasonal promotions and discounts. This ensures that all our long-term subscribers receive the same, consistent, excellent value all year round.
